Exchange and Return Policies

Domestic Orders 

Returns/refunds/exchanges will be supported only when there is an instance of incorrect/defective product/defective packaging.


Incorrect Product/Defective Product – Do let us know within a 24 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure that the packing is intact and courier it back to us within 24-48 hours. Once we receive the product, we would do a quality check post which we would refund the product amount /exchange and the reverse shipping charges for the respective product.


Defective Packaging – If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at thevillvamstore@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. If accepted it will be deemed as received in good condition.


We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement/credit note is issued with no additional cost.


We try to stay as accurate as possible to the original colours as shown in pictures. However due to different screen calibrations, lighting and photography, colours may vary slightly from the pictures.

Refund or exchange of any product on grounds of colour variations and granular aspects will not be possible. Kindly read the details accompanying each image before deciding to buy.

 

Delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete feed of address at the customers’ end or return of package due to unavailability to receive the shipment at the shipping address will be supported with redispatch. Any additional cost incurred relating to reshipment will be borne by the customer

 

International Orders

 

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

 

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

 

If incase you want to return the products , the shipping , customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer.Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

 

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products Shipping charges are non refundable.

 

If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at thevillvamstore@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note of the amount of that defected product.

 

We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
